Hi , kaspersky mistake and blocked many Home AV activation codes but does not change and do not refound payment . They sent threat Emails to resellers and partners about do not issue news about it . Also they issue fail update on Home Av and specially Enterprise AV , but do not issue news about it and after 3 days corect it . When issue release for 2011 software , they at 12 oclock upload files on servers but after 3 hours deleted it and after more 3 months issue new release . never time you can not trust this company and managers . they are very harmfully . We old partnership with kaspersky for 3 years up to 2009/2010 . Any company want give best and Good products must poratnership with biggest security companies Also if customers want perchance AV , better buy AV from biggest and valid Security companies .
