Hi, I system-encrypted my hdd with Truecrypt 7.1a. No problem there. When changing my password, I made a new Truecrypt Resuce Disc through Truecrypt's menu. Although Truecrypt says it succesfully created and verified the disc, I am unable to start the system with the disc. When doing so a system message reports: "selected device fails to load", I do not have the chance to type my password or anything (no F8 either). When starting my system the usual way (from the hdd) there is no problem. When I re-verify my rescue disc, Truecrypt still calls my disc ok. To complicate matters I must add, that burning the disc through disc-burning software from Microsoft, the disc will always fail to load. If however I use a third party burning software (NCH software), I can use the rescue disc for it seems one day only. The next day the disc which before loaded succesfully, fails again.
