The following applies to Kazaa Lite only: Microsoft XP Service Pack 1 disables Kazaa Lite; it appears that the problem is occuring for some, but not all users. If you experience the problem, your system will not even load the Kazaa application. Try this: Step 1. Right click on the program file (the executable), then select the Compatibility tab. Step 2. Check the box labeled "Run this program in Compatibility Mode for" and select Windows 98/ME from the dropdown menu. Step 3. Then click "apply" and then ok. The program should run fine now.
