No action is required on your part to resume using our cloud services. **Although we are restoring access to your ShareFile account, Storage Zone Controllers must remain disabled for the protection of your environment, until you hear from us.** We will notify you promptly when there is additional information available. Currently, we have no indication of unauthorized access to any ShareFile customer account or data, and we have not identified any active threat. Protecting our customers' data and maintaining the security of our services are our highest priorities, and we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
