Deze oplossing schijnt ook te werken.... Here is the solution. No restore point needed. No installation disk needed. It is not my solution. I found it posted by Ernest Dunhin. - After BIOS screen, hit F8 for the windows boot menu. - Select the "repair" option (it is first on the list) - Open a command prompt. - Rename the following files: C:windowswinsxspending.xml C:windowswinsxspending.old.xml C:windowswinsxscleanup.xml -> C:windowswinsxscleanup.old.xml - Reboot. Windows will boot into the same "Configuring Updates" screen, but it will shortly dissappear and you will be presented with the normal logon screen.
