Using this module, it is not neccesary to configure a router and firewall for portforwarding port 3389 for Microsoft Remote Desktop. Using 'Get Remote Support' you simply provide a password to the Support engineer. This password will allow him clearence to communicate with the server. While support is delivered, you will have the possibility to view along.
