Welke copy fail is nu de echte?
- CVE-2026-5450 is a critical, actively exploited "Copy Fail" heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in GNU C Library (glibc) versions 2.7 to 2.43.
- CVE-2026-31431 is referred to as Copy Fail. The affected component is a kernel module that provides hardware-accelerated cryptographic functions: algif_aead.

CVE-2026-5450 is glibc heap-based buffer overflow heeft niks met copy fail te maken.

Toevallig info opgezocht vanuit AI of een partij die dat via AI doet? Want dit lijkt op hallcuinatie ik heb via OSINT geen enkel referentie van 5450 naar copy-fail als keyword.
